Substitute position for a Special Education Teacher from 11.8. to 31.12.2026. Lintuvaaran School is located in the Pohjois-Leppävaara area, on the top of Lintuvaaran. After the expansion and renovation of Lintuvaaran School, we received excellent facilities for skills and arts subjects. Approximately 400 students attend our school. The position is a permanent employment. The position is fixed-term. Start date: 11.8.2026. Salary: According to OVTES. The base salary according to the pricing code is determined by the applicant's education. A qualified special education teacher will receive, in addition to the base salary, a supplement based on the complexity of the task. Teacher qualifications are determined according to the decree no 986/98 on the qualifications of education personnel. According to section 9 of the decree, a primary school teacher must have excellent oral and written skills in Finnish. In fixed-term positions, we also consider non-qualified applicants. The position requires excellent cooperation and interaction skills. Additionally, the ability to plan and implement group and individual support is required.
