In Tikkurila home care, we work to support the well-being of elderly and other home care clients in their own homes. We aim to provide customer-oriented, high-quality, and respectful care in a calm manner. As a home care assistant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for daily care, medication management, and supporting functional capacity. The work is mobile and varied, allowing for independent work with team support always available. We require a home care assistant qualification, valid Valvira registration, and medication competence (LOVe) or willingness to complete it. Good communication and collaboration skills, a positive and development-oriented attitude, and a desire to work with the elderly are essential.
