Licensed Practical Nurse for Private Home Care Company - Rosa hoivapalvelut Oy

Rosahoiva Oy is seeking a licensed practical nurse for home care duties in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The employment is fixed-term for 1 year and includes a 6-month probation period. The work involves mobile home care and requires flexibility, as schedules and work arrangements may change with short notice. The work is carried out in clients' homes and requires an independent approach, responsibility, and good communication skills. The work begins immediately after a suitable nurse is found. Requirements include a practical nurse qualification, valid medication licenses, experience or willingness to learn about elderly home services, empathetic and professional client handling, self-direction, good Finnish skills (at least B2), driver's license, and a criminal record extract. Salary is determined by the collective agreement for social services sector (SOSTES), with allowances.
