Staffpoint is seeking receptionists for Lapland Hotels Olos for the winter season 2026-2027. The role includes reception duties such as handling reservations via email and phone, check-in and check-out, billing, and customer service. The employment contract is between the employee and StaffPoint. Lapland Hotels is a smoke-free workplace. The work begins on 23 November 2026 and continues until approximately mid-April 2027. We appreciate: - Hotel receptionist education and/or experience in similar roles - Knowledge of the Opera hotel reservation system is an advantage - Ability to work responsibly as part of a team and independently during shifts - Finnish and English language skills; knowledge of French and Spanish is an advantage.
