We are looking for a sales-oriented person for workwear and protective equipment sales at IKH Konala! Would you like to help ensure our customers receive the best possible workwear and protective gear? We are now seeking a sales-minded and customer service-oriented individual for the role of workwear and protective equipment salesperson. We offer a responsible and diverse role where you will manage the functionality of your designated store selection. You will be responsible for selling workwear and protective gear to both private and corporate customers. You will work closely with our customers: assessing their needs and offering the best solutions. Additionally, you will maintain active contact with customers. We are looking for someone with: - An active and positive attitude - A professional approach to customer service - The ability to give your best in every customer interaction - The skill to see challenging situations as opportunities to succeed Your tasks will include: - Selling workwear and protective gear - Creating prints - Placing orders and managing the department - Collecting and delivering orders - Other store tasks We represent well-known brands such as Patron, Sievi, and Helly Hansen. We appreciate: - Previous experience with our products and technical sales work - Training in periodic inspections of fall protection equipment - Experience with clothing printing/broderie - Commercial skills - Excellent customer service and negotiation skills IKH’s core values include: - Reliable service - Continuous development - Responsible operation Working hours follow the store’s opening hours and average 37.5 hours per week (with a leveling period).
