Food Operator, Night - Orkla Care Oy - Remote - Global

We are seeking a night shift colleague with experience in food production or similar, who enjoys working with strict standards and high quality demands. The main tasks include working on modern production lines and packaging facilities, producing quality baked goods such as sausage rolls, focaccia, cinnamon rolls, scones, and many other delicious products. Responsibilities also include monitoring and ensuring a stable and efficient production flow, optimizing work processes, and maintaining hygiene and quality standards. The work schedule is a five-day week with shifts on Sundays from 00:30 to 05:30 and other days from 22:00 to 05:30. Candidates should have experience from food production, process industry, or large kitchens, and be responsible, stable, and good team players. Knowledge of HACCP, self-control, and hygiene requirements is advantageous.
