Marine Diesel Finland Oy is a subsidiary of Wihuri Oy Technical Trade. As the current CEO moves to new challenges within Wihuri, Marine Diesel Finland is looking for a new CEO (in Lieto). In your position, you will be responsible for the overall business of Marine Diesel Finland Oy - strategy, results and continuous development. You will play a key role in directing the company's growth and success and ensuring the development of competitiveness in the future. You have a strong vision of business management and experience in financial indicators, sales development, customer experience and the renewal of service concepts - as well as the creation of new business opportunities. You lead an organization of 40 top experts in an international operating environment. You engage and lead people with a positive, inspiring and solution-oriented approach and attitude, committing people to common goals. You are also heavily involved in sales and customer work: you build and deepen long-term customer relationships and actively move the business forward. You will be a member of the management team of Wihuri's Technical Trade and report to the chairman of the board of Marine Diesel Finland oy.
