JOB DESCRIPTION Ensure customer satisfaction through preventive maintenance tasks, while learning the profession and developing skills to achieve more complex maintenance and repairs, complying with all safety standards in the workshop. - Acquire: In the learning phase to be able to apply the competence in work situations. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure support to technicians for the maintenance or repair of vehicles. Guarantee the correct stamping of the work being performed. Ensure the process flow by communicating that the work has finished. Achieve the implementation of improvement proposals. TASKS Review availability of tools and parts to be used, go to the warehouse for them. Review availability of information regarding maintenance. Ensure the application of work methods. Perform visual inspections of the vehicle. Manage deviations that arise. Washing of parts and components. Start the work order. Prepare the vehicle or component. Search for information in the system. Perform maintenance. Major repairs. Finalize stamping. Clean the work area and return used tools. Finalize work order. Communicate to the workshop manager that the assignment is finished. Communicate deviations. Propose solutions. Follow up on established improvement plans. EDUCATION High school, baccalaureate or completed technical career. JOB PROFILE Diesel and/or gasoline mechanics. Knowledge of Scania products and services. Know the DOS, DCS, SRS, SHE standards. 4 years in a similar position.
