What do we require from you? - BIM expertise and understanding of designers' information models - Experience in the planning process of building construction projects (e.g., design or design management) - Proficiency with Solibri - Ability to work 100% remotely from your home office - Willingness to travel within Finland for meetings or events if needed - Desire to prioritize well-being at work (or at least strive for it) - Respectful and constructive attitude towards collaboration What will earn you extra points? - Previous experience in information model coordination or other BIM-related expert tasks - Higher education degree in construction or related field - Ability to use multiple BIM software programs - Ability to keep designers and clients in good spirits and facilitate progress - Use of LinkedIn and ability to produce work-related content - Residing in Central Finland or Pirkanmaa region: occasional face-to-face meetings are appreciated!
