Waiter/Waitress for Summer in Kuusamo - Osuma Henkilöstöpalvelut - Kuusamo, Finland

We are looking for a waiter/waitress for our client company in Kuusamo for the spring and summer season. The work is on-call as needed: in spring, shifts are occasional substitutions and temporary help, but in summer, there may be more shifts available. The on-call work is suitable for example alongside another part-time job, as you can also adjust the number of shifts to fit your schedule. The position requires being of legal age, and the salary is based on the collective agreement for the tourism and restaurant sector, salary group 4 (starting from €13.32-€14.62/hour). The role focuses on serving and providing high-quality customer service in the dining room, including à la carte service and catering events. We expect candidates to have previous experience in à la carte service of about a couple of years, as well as a customer-oriented and proactive work attitude. The position requires a hygiene and alcohol service license and proficiency in Finnish: knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
