We are now looking for home care assistants for temporary positions to strengthen our close-knit and professional care team. We are looking for home care assistants who enable a respiratory patient to live safely and with quality in their own home. Good orientation: We ensure that you get started smoothly and safely with comprehensive training. Flexible working hours: The work involves three shifts, but we consider your wishes and aim to enable, for example, day or night shifts so that work and free time stay balanced. Salary: Our home care services operate under the private social services sector’s collective agreement, with a salary level G22 for practical nurses. The hourly wage depends on experience: €15.31–€17.33/h. What we expect from you: Practical nurse qualification Experience in caring for respiratory patients Valid medication license Finnish language skills Empathetic, precise, and reliable team player Readiness for versatile care tasks including basic care, medication, device treatments, assistance in daily life, and recreational activities. We also require: Valvira’s Publicerhikki registry, vaccination protection according to infectious disease law section 48, tuberculosis screening according to infectious disease law section 55, and a criminal record check for working with vulnerable adults and children.
