We are looking for new casual home care assistants or nurses in Lapua to enable clients to live full lives. The work involves daily care, medication, health assessment, and support for daily activities in the client's home. The work is three-shift. The focus is on unhurriedness and genuine presence, working in good cooperation with the client and family. Some shifts are quickly available to cover illnesses. Salary: €15.09-€17.09/hour (assistants), €16.71-€18.35/hour (nurses). In casual employment, an additional 9% holiday pay is paid on top of the hourly wage. We use the private social services collective agreement pay scale G22/G24. We expect you to have a home care or nursing degree and at least 6 months of experience. Valid LOVE permits are an advantage but can be obtained through us if needed. Experience with suction and cough machines and care for ventilated patients is an advantage but not necessary. We value a positive attitude and initiative. You will be supported by colleagues, team leader Sonja and team supervisor Teemu. The application deadline is August 18, 2026.
