Site Supervisor for Emergency Accommodation Unit - Avarn Security - Espoo, Finland

We are looking for a site supervisor for the Viisikko emergency accommodation unit located in Järvenperä, Espoo. Viisikko provides last-resort temporary accommodation for sober homeless adults around the clock. As the site supervisor of the emergency accommodation unit, you will be responsible, in addition to operational work, for the high-quality implementation of the customer agreement and the smooth functioning of the unit also in changing situations. In your position, you will also ensure the safe operation of the unit and support the daily work of your team. The employment relationship is permanent and full-time. A positive, customer-service-oriented attitude, good interaction skills and readiness for challenging customer encounters play a central role in succeeding in the job. We value diverse experience in similar tasks, initiative, ability to work under pressure and perseverance, as well as a proactive approach to security work. Successful performance of the task requires flexibility, good interaction skills and problem-solving ability in addition to knowledge of the security sector.
