We are seeking an experienced construction site logistics coordinator for our projects across Finland. Could this be your next career move? As a construction site logistics coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating all logistics activities on the construction site, acting as the sole contact person for logistics-related matters on-site. The purpose of the role is to ensure that deliveries, internal transports, unloading areas, access routes, and storage functions are planned and executed safely, efficiently, and in line with the overall project schedule and construction activities. Your tasks include, for example, preparing and updating the site logistics plan, coordinating delivery routes, unloading areas, and access routes, and managing the delivery of materials and equipment, internal transports, and storage. We are hiring for sites across Finland. This role involves travel, and you should be prepared to visit different construction sites frequently. The work is primarily at project locations. Key to success in this role To succeed, you should have practical experience and strong skills in coordinating construction sites among various stakeholders, especially in managing internal logistics and leading large industrial construction projects. You are capable of taking responsibility for extensive logistics operations on-site, managing multiple interfaces and priorities. You can foresee logistics and storage infrastructure requirements at the early stages of a project. You lead contractors on-site confidently and proactively. You have relevant education and a good overall understanding of the different phases of industrial construction sites and logistical requirements. Your language skills enable smooth communication in both Finnish and English. Your approach is flexible, solution-oriented, practical, and you are eager to develop your skills continuously.
