Senior Product Designer - mobile - Musopia Oy - Helsinki, Finland

Based in Helsinki, Finland, Musopia develops mobile apps that help millions of people learn and enjoy music. We believe music has the power to bring joy, confidence, and lifelong learning to people around the world. We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of music education. You will play a key role in defining and improving user experience across our products, working closely with product managers, developers, data analysts, and fellow designers to create engaging and effective learning experiences. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex product challenges, combining user insight with business goals, and turning ideas into polished experiences used by millions of learners. - Take end-to-end ownership of product design initiatives from discovery through to implementation and iteration. - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, growth, and data teams to identify user needs and business opportunities. - Design user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces. - Translate product strategy, user research and data insights into intuitive experiences that improve engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction. - Plan and conduct usability testing, user interviews and other research activities when needed. - Validate concepts through rapid prototyping and experimentation. - Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs. - Contribute to and evolve Musopias design systems and design processes. - Champion user-centered design throughout the organization. - Present and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders across the company.
