General Counsel
Job Description
A leader in the iGaming space is looking for a General Counsel to manage all things legal while reporting to the CEO. Key responsibilities include providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, advising on contractual risk, managing intellectual property, overseeing legal obligations, supporting regulatory inspections, audits, investigations, and advising on potential impacts and actions. The role requires approximately 5-8 years' post-qualification experience, with experience in iGaming, fintech, or payments, and strong knowledge of contracts, corporate law, and IP.
