Cleaning Supervisor - Wulff Works Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are looking for an experienced cleaning supervisor for a permanent full-time position with our client. The role involves overseeing daily operations of cleaning services and managing personnel. In this position, you will lead a team of dozens of employees together with work supervisors. You will be responsible for supporting staff in their daily work, organizing tasks, and ensuring smooth service delivery across diverse client sites, from housing companies to health centers and large corporate accounts. Additionally, you will maintain and develop customer relationships, monitor service quality, and ensure operational profitability. The role also offers opportunities to actively participate in upselling and operational development. We expect you to have at least five years of experience in supervisory roles within the cleaning or property services industry. Relevant education supports success in this role, and for example, a degree in hospitality management is considered an advantage. We value strong organizational skills, good IT skills, and fluent Finnish and English language skills. Furthermore, we are looking for someone with a goal-oriented and sales-driven approach, and a willingness to take on challenges.
