Lapland Staff is seeking personnel for maintenance and guiding tasks for the winter season 2026–2027 at Lapland Safaris Saariselkä and Olos locations. Job duties include preparing snowmobiles for daily safaris, minor maintenance tasks, fueling snowmobiles, and monitoring maintenance needs. Additionally, duties include maintaining the current accommodations and snowmobile trails, as well as other equipment and maintenance tasks. Depending on your skills, assisting guide or guiding tasks may also be part of your work. Successful performance of these tasks requires experience in snowmobile driving, handling, and technical knowledge. As an employee of Lapland Staff, we expect you to have a positive attitude, first aid skills, a wilderness spirit, and good communication skills. Flexibility and stress tolerance are important qualities. We require proficiency in English and at least a B-class driving license. A BE-license is considered an advantage. The work begins in November 2026. The work in Saariselkä lasts until the end of March, and in Olos until mid-April.
