Job Description
Position Summary: We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in the Aerospace industry that provides advanced technologies and systems for aircraft and aviation, is looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to be based in Perai, Penang, working onsite (hybrid). The role involves managing the day-to-day operational aspects of recruitment projects, building client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and managing recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and candidate identification. The candidate should have extensive experience in RPO or internal recruitment within a global organization, preferably in engineering, procurement, supply chain, or quality roles. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, proven leadership, and experience with ATS and sourcing methodologies are required. The position offers a hybrid working model with 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH.
