Coordinator Tampere for Mehiläinen Therapy and Rehabilitation Services - Mehiläinen Oy - Remote - Global

We at Mehiläinen believe that life has a purpose. If you feel the same, come work with us. We are looking for a fixed-term (customer service) coordinator at our Tampere Koskipuisto location. You will assist the staff at the location and ensure high-quality customer service for external clients. Your tasks include booking appointments & calendar changes, helping and advising external clients, acting as the company's representative, assisting therapists, service managers, and other professionals, and managing orders and their processing. You are a customer-oriented person with an entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, able to work independently and in a team, good with humor, and tech-savvy. Previous experience in similar tasks and using patient record systems is a plus. We offer good onboarding, a view into the therapy and rehabilitation support services, modern tools, and a salary based on TPTES vr3.
