Summer Workers for Property Services, Palpen Oy - Adecco Finland Oy - Paimio, Finland

We are looking for summer workers in the property services sector for our client Palpen Oy in Paimio. Specifically, we are seeking drivers of brush cutters and trimmer operators. Your tasks will include operating a verge mower and/or trimming work. The work mainly involves cutting grass and weeds along roadsides. Working near motorways requires strict adherence to safety regulations. This is evening/night work, with working hours potentially varying due to weather conditions. The usual shift start time is between 18:00 and 22:00. Shifts last approximately 9-12 hours. Overtime is possible and will be compensated accordingly. Adecco handles the application process and the first interview round, after which our client will interview some of the applicants. The employment begins as soon as possible and lasts until the end of August. We offer temporary employment in a professional team, good work tools, work clothing, and orientation. The collective agreement for property services applies, and your hourly wage depends on your experience. The driver of a brush cutter earns slightly more than a trimmer operator. You are flexible, reliable, and diligent. Experience in operating tractors or other machinery is preferred for brush cutter drivers. Having the necessary licenses is not a requirement to start work, as they can be obtained before beginning. However, having them already is an advantage.
