Maintenance Shift Technician - 12- Hour Night Shift - Avery Dennison - Remote - Global

We are hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support electrical and mechanical maintenance in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown repair of production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and support safe operations. The position involves diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, motors, switches, control panels, relays, breakers, and circuits. It also includes repairing and maintaining production machinery, conveyors, motors, pneumatic and mechanical systems, performing scheduled preventive maintenance, inspecting machines for safety and efficiency, and assisting with facility maintenance including plumbing, light construction, and HVAC. The role requires following OSHA regulations, maintaining accurate logs, and keeping work areas safe. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in industrial or plant maintenance, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently. Preferred experience includes knowledge of preventive maintenance and working rotating shifts.
