Director, Deal Desk & Revenue Operations - Nexthink - Remote - Global

We are looking for a Director, Deal Desk & Revenue Operations to own and lead the operational backbone of our global Go-to-Market function. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success, you will make deals close faster, customers land smoother, and revenue flow cleaner. You will inherit a high-performing team of 10 and have the mandate, trust, and resources to turn it into a strategic powerhouse — from our Madrid hub, working across a truly global operation. Responsibilities include owning revenue integrity and controls, driving accurate billing, championing the quote-to-cash process, monitoring KPIs, managing customer lifecycle operations, supporting GTM teams, leading operational excellence, and governance. Qualifications include senior leadership experience in SaaS, deep understanding of quote-to-cash, Salesforce expertise, excellent communication skills, structured project management, partner/channel operations experience, and a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Operations. Fluency in English required; Spanish or European languages are a plus. Success in year one involves process improvements, meeting SLAs, identifying transformation priorities, and being a trusted partner across departments.
