Our home - Esperi Hoivakoti Rautuhovi Located in beautiful Mäntyharju in the middle of nature, yet close to the center. We offer home-like 24-hour residential services for 32 elderly people. We employ staff specialized in elderly care who are eagerly awaiting a new colleague. What would your work be like with us? Your typical workday would include: - basic care according to the resident's own needs - supporting and strengthening functional capacity as much as possible - monitoring and recording well-being - medication treatment - organizing various activities according to the weekly program As an on-call worker, you will naturally know the tasks for the shift only at the start of the shift. You must therefore have the ability to adapt to the situation. Employment details On-call work is based on a so-called framework agreement, which comes into force during each shift. We usually make the framework agreement fixed-term, e.g., 6-12 months. Shifts may be morning, evening, or night shifts depending on need and can be on weekdays as well as weekends. We use a system called Temployer for offering shifts, and you will have a handy mobile app for receiving and booking shifts. Salary We follow the private social services sector collective agreement. The base salary for a practical nurse, depending on experience additions, is 14.82-16.03 €/h (salary class G20C). Salary is paid twice a month. What do we expect from you? - a cheerful attitude, teamwork skills and a can-do attitude - a practical nurse degree, we also consider final-stage students - valid medication permits or readiness to complete permits immediately at the start of employment - hygiene passport and vaccination protection according to the Communicable Diseases Act - fluent Finnish language skills Previous experience working with elderly people and guiding stimulating activities is considered an advantage.
