Job Description
Ericsson Finland employs around 600 professionals and our main office in Finland is in Jorvas. As a Software Developer Intern, you will help build the Cloud Container Distribution powering 5G Core and Cloud RAN. Responsibilities include exploring agentic workflows, working with Kubernetes, supporting cloud networking, collaborating in a cross-functional environment, and evaluating solutions for usability, security, and impact. The internship is part-time, lasting 3-6 months, with a possibility to combine thesis work. Basic qualifications include enrollment in a BS/MS program in CS/EE/CE, strong Python skills, experience with Kubernetes or cloud observability, familiarity with AI concepts, Linux and container knowledge, and understanding of networking fundamentals. Bonus points for experience with agent frameworks, fine-tuning LLMs, Kubernetes administration, Go proficiency, and interest in telecom/5G. The role is based in Jorvas, Finland, with a hybrid work model.
