Job Description
We are hiring a maintenance/installation technician for Oy Lux Ab to handle maintenance, installation, and commissioning of heavy industry equipment. The role is permanent and full-time, starting August 2026. Tasks include mechanical and electrical maintenance of heavy industry equipment such as foundries and process industries, with work on devices like melting furnaces, galvanizing machines, and other process equipment. The work is mobile, mainly at customer sites across Finland and at Nurmijärvi warehouse for preparatory tasks. You will also support customers in process services like measurements and calibrations, acting as a technical expert at the customer interface. Requirements include experience with industrial machinery, maintenance, repair, or installation, and a valid S2-level electrical installation qualification or equivalent. Welding experience is a plus. You should be interested in mechanical and electrical equipment, able to read technical drawings and documentation, proactive, solution-oriented, ready to travel mainly within Finland, and fluent in Finnish and good in English.
