Construction workers for factory construction in the Kymenlaakso region. We are looking for several construction workers for long-term factory projects in Kotka and the Kymenlaakso area. The job involves various and diverse construction tasks on the factory site, including installing insulation/scaffolding/protection, making penetrations, installing doors, and surface finishing. We seek individuals with some experience in construction tasks and who are comfortable using tools. The more diverse your experience with different tasks, the more likely you are the person we are looking for. Salary is based on previous professional skills, and professionals are paid a professional wage. Work will start gradually between July and August, according to agreement, and will be available for over a year. If you meet the following criteria, you might be the person we are looking for: Experience in the construction industry – we are looking for an entry-level professional with experience in various work phases and who can handle tools. Valid professional safety card (work safety card) – if not, it must be obtained before starting work. Good Finnish language skills – the working language is Finnish. High work ethic – work is independent, and you are responsible for your work quality. Good social skills – able to work well with people even in challenging situations.
