Refugee Integration Trainer (on-call as needed) - KK Valmennuskeskus Oy

We are looking for a substitute on-call as needed. In this role, you will familiarize integration groups with Finnish working life and society, and teach Finnish language skills to groups at various levels. Your work is diverse and practical. You will lead groups to explore working life and organize activities such as theater trips or other cultural experiences. Pedagogical freedom is significant in this position. Training locations are in Espoo, Helsinki, and Vantaa. You will not be alone – a skilled team supports you, including experts in working life, a special education teacher, and a counselor. Together, we ensure that students receive the best possible support on their journey towards integration and employment. This is an hourly-based position, agreed upon annually.
