As a lecturer in occupational therapy, you will work in teaching and guidance tasks related to occupational therapy and overall rehabilitation. Your main responsibility is to teach basic courses in occupational therapy and supervise students in their progress and internships. You will also participate, as appropriate, in the activities of the research group in your area of expertise. The position is permanent, with a six-month probation period. The salary for teaching staff is determined based on relevant years of work experience according to the Collective Agreement of Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences. Work experience and entrepreneurial experience can be verified with certificates. Salary is also affected by: A 4% increase for a doctoral degree and 2% for a licentiate degree; A 6% reduction for lack of pedagogical studies until completed; An 8% reduction for lack of the required degree until obtained; In the technical field, salary may include a availability allowance, depending on the job title and relevant work experience.
