Would you like to bring your expertise to our team? You are welcome at Coronaria! We are looking for new speech therapy colleagues for our teams in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The work includes individual rehabilitation for children, which is carried out either at our clinic or in the client's daily environment such as at home, in a daycare, or at school. Our teams also include occupational and physiotherapists. In multidisciplinary teams, we learn from each other and provide high-quality rehabilitation for the benefit of our clients. Your immediate supervisor is a rehabilitation professional in all our teams and ensures that daily operations run smoothly so you can focus on client work. We value your expertise and trust in you. Find a balance between work and leisure We consider each individual's life situation. You can be employed with us either under an employment contract with various pay models or as a self-employed professional. The monthly salary for a full-time speech therapist working on a salary basis is between €4,030 and €4,739, depending on experience and work area. We offer flexible working hours on weekdays, allowing you to plan your work rhythm to suit you. Part-time work is also possible. If you wish, you can also choose our performance-based pay model, where you can influence your own salary. Speech therapists working on a performance basis earn on average between €4,000 and €6,500 per month, depending on your workload. Working on a performance basis is flexible—you can work less, earning proportionally less, or more, potentially earning significantly above average. The type of employment or working hours can be tailored to your needs, and our extensive network of clinics allows for transfer to another location if your life situation changes. To succeed in this role, you need: - A degree in speech therapy and a license from the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health. - A driving license and access to a car if needed. - Flexible working approach and a positive attitude. - Vaccination against infectious diseases to ensure client safety. - A criminal record certificate as required by the Social and Health Care Act.
