Job Description
ANNU Social Services is currently hiring workers in Ruovesi to help create a better future for our wonderful clients. Work at ANNU Social Services is diverse and rewarding. You will have the opportunity to work with our lovely client families. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently and professionally in customer service. We are seeking a worker for short-term care of children with disabilities in the clients' home environment. Your workday includes attending to the basic needs of the child, such as hygiene and meals, playing, outdoor activities, and other enjoyable activities with the child. Working hours are from June 1 to August 10, from 11:30 to 19:30 on weekdays. We are looking for multiple workers to share daytime shifts within the team. From August onwards, it is possible to continue working with reduced hours. We offer flexible, meaningful paid work: - Suitable as a side job alongside studies or other employment, with commitment to the specified working hours. - At ANNU Social Services, you will have a supervisor supporting your work. - We pay wages either once or twice a month, depending on your choice. - Comprehensive paid orientation before starting work, paid together with your first salary. - We follow the collective agreement for private social services and pay according to the collective agreement (pay grade G21, €14.98–€16.91/hour). - You will receive mileage reimbursement for work-related travel (up to 50 km per trip).
