Solution Analyst, Espoo or Stockholm - Studentwork Finland Oy - Espoo, Finland

We are currently supporting our client in the search for a Solution Analyst to join their team. The role is offered with a hybrid working model and can be based in either Espoo, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden. This position is fixed term, starting from August until the end of December 2026. In this role, you will combine financial analysis, business insight, and technical understanding to support investment decisions, develop customer solutions, and contribute to commercially successful projects. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams, influence major investment decisions, and help shape sustainable solutions for industrial and commercial customers. Depending on your background and language skills, you will focus on projects within either the Finnish or Swedish market. As a Solution Analyst, you will evaluate business opportunities from both financial and commercial perspectives while supporting the development of technical solution concepts. You will build business cases, develop financial models, and transform complex datasets into actionable insights for internal stakeholders as well as customer-facing presentations. You will collaborate with specialists across engineering, finance, sales, and business development, communicating analytical findings to audiences ranging from technical experts to senior management and customers. Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business opportunities and investment cases. Analyze data and translate findings into actionable business insights. Evaluate project profitability and support investment decisions. Support the development of technical and commercial solutions. Prepare presentations and analytical materials for internal stakeholders and customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, finance, and business development. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills. Experience in financial analysis, investment evaluation, business analytics, or a similar analytical role. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and persuasive way. Fluency in either Finnish or Swedish, together with excellent English skills. The following are considered an advantage: Experience in customer-facing or commercial roles. Experience working with large datasets, optimization models, linear programming, or machine learning. Knowledge of infrastructure, energy, utilities, or industrial sectors. Experience supporting investment-intensive projects. The recruitment process is initially managed by Clevry.
