Factory Ainoa will open a completely new location in Espoo at Kauppakeskus Ainoa in November 2026. We are looking for a cheerful and energetic barista for Factory Ainoa who is eager to learn new skills and work efficiently. Your responsibilities include providing friendly customer service and working as part of a team. We expect applicants to have: - An energetic and customer-oriented attitude - Willingness to learn new skills and work efficiently - Responsibility for cheerful customer service and teamwork - Flexibility to work different shifts on a permanent basis - Hygiene and alcohol service certificates - Proficiency in written and spoken Finnish Planned opening hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-18:30 (lunch buffet 10:30-15:00, evening buffet 16:00-18:30), Saturday 12:00-17:00 Previous experience in the restaurant industry is considered an advantage.
