Experienced Construction Cleaner We are looking for an experienced construction cleaner for our client for versatile construction cleaning tasks in the Tampere area. We are seeking a person with experience in cleaning construction sites and the readiness to work independently in various new construction and renovation projects. The job description consists of tasks related to maintaining cleanliness at construction sites according to the site's needs. Your duties may include, for example, collecting and sorting construction waste, ensuring the cleanliness of workspaces and walkways, dust management, vacuuming, final cleaning, moving materials, and other construction cleaning tasks. Tasks vary according to the different stages of the construction site, so we value a proactive and thorough approach to work. Work begins as agreed, and once a suitable candidate is found, the start date can be on a fast schedule. Working hours are generally Mon–Fri 7:00–15:30. Salary is determined according to your skills and experience in accordance with the construction industry collective agreement (14.20–17.13 €/h + TES additions). Requirements for employment: * Valid occupational safety card. * Legal age (18+). * Previous experience in construction cleaning. * Thorough and proactive approach to work. A valid hot work permit and the possibility of using your own car are considered an advantage.
