Marketing Manager, Aava & Pikkujätti - Eilakaisla Oy - Remote - Global

Eilakaisla is looking for a marketing manager for Aava and Pikkujätti to oversee the operational execution, development, and visibility enhancement of two well-known health sector brands. The role involves digital marketing, social media, paid media, campaigns, events, marketing materials, and supporting point-of-sale marketing in collaboration with business units. The position covers both B2C and B2B marketing, working closely with sales and business teams to develop marketing impact using data, analytics, and marketing tools. The manager will guide and coach external partners, monitor marketing results, and continuously improve activities based on data. The role offers broad responsibility for two brands' marketing, influencing development across channels and target groups, and working closely with business, sales, and external partners. We expect proven results, with at least five years of practical marketing experience, demonstrated successful campaigns, brand development, and understanding of consumer and corporate marketing. Experience with Salesforce, data utilization, AI, website development, and social media content creation is advantageous. The role is not a leadership or purely strategic position but requires ownership of the entire marketing process and leadership of partners toward measurable results.
