Your task is to act as the supervisor of the unit's personnel and lead the unit's operations effectively, efficiently, and economically to achieve the strategic goals of the Police University College. Your responsibilities also include developing and renewing the skills of the unit's staff and maintaining communication with the Police Administration, police units, and other authorities and stakeholders. The R&D unit is responsible for research and development supporting internal security, police operations, and education at the Police University College. It produces development solutions, innovations, and publications, coordinates project activities, manages the Police Museum, and participates in teaching and supervision of theses. The position is located within the research, development, and innovation unit of the Police University College, which includes R&D staff, a project office, and the Police Museum.
