You will play a pivotal role in the expansion of atNorth’s Nordic footprint. As Project Procurement Manager, you will act as the commercial backbone of our Finnish operations, transforming high-value tenders into the critical infrastructure that powers our future. You will lead the full procurement lifecycle, from needs analysis to final negotiation, securing the partnerships and agreements essential to our success. Based in Finland, you report to the Country Delivery Director with a dotted line to the Director of Procurement. Key responsibilities include leading RFQ/RFP processes, preparing documentation, managing bids, conducting contract negotiations, ensuring compliance, site visits, supporting pre-construction activities, providing updates, supporting cost management, developing templates, workflows, and checklists. Your profile: You are a seasoned procurement professional with deep experience in data center, construction, infrastructure, or technology sectors. Combining analytical sharpness with a service-oriented mindset, you excel at complex negotiations and stakeholder management. You are comfortable with operations and strategic planning. Background: Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Law or related field (Master’s preferred). 7+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within construction or data center environments. Strong knowledge of Finnish construction standards, legal frameworks, FIDIC, RIBA standards is a strong advantage. Strong negotiation skills, analytical abilities, clear communication, and collaboration skills. Fluent in English and Finnish. Skilled in creating templates, workflows, documentation, proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, project management tools. Background check required.
