Child Supervisor at Rastitie Children's Residential Services in Kajaani - Kainuun hyvinvointialue - Kajaani, Finland

We are seeking a supervisor for a fixed-term position at Rastitie Children's Residential Services from June 15, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Rastitie Children's Residential Services has 11 short-term care places. The operation's purpose is to provide short-term care around the clock for children with developmental disabilities and those requiring special support. We support our clients based on an assessment of their service needs, taking into account their individual physical, psychological, and social needs. Children are supported in daily activities in a client-oriented manner. Short-term care at Rastitie Children's Residential Services is planned and implemented individually to support the client/family’s situation. The qualification requirement is a suitable basic degree in social and health care. The selected candidate must commit to three-shift work. We require vaccination protection according to section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act. We value teamwork skills, flexibility, customer orientation, and genuine enthusiasm for work and development. Previous experience in similar tasks is considered an advantage. The salary is based on the job complexity assessment confirmed by the Kainuu Welfare Area. The work begins on June 15, 2026, or by agreement, with a probation period of 3 months. Applications are accepted via Kuntarekry.
