Great – we have a position just for you! What is the role of a spare parts seller at Hankkija? As a spare parts seller, you will be responsible for the sale of spare parts and accessories for agricultural machinery. You will be an invaluable help to our customers: with your assistance, they will find the right parts and supplies to keep their farm equipment running smoothly. You will work at the Jyväskylä store, which is open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Your workday will include a variety of tasks: serving customers in the store and over the phone, finding suitable spare parts and small machinery for them, and recommending relevant additional products. The best part of the day is the positive customer interactions! Additionally, you will handle stockroom tasks and ensure the store is tidy and well-displayed. During peak seasons, your duties may also include on-call work, where you will be available at scheduled times to provide customers with the parts they need – with additional compensation. In the store, you will work alongside another spare parts seller, store staff, and the store manager. Support is always close by, and the team has a relaxed atmosphere. What do we expect from you? - Previous experience in spare parts sales, agricultural machinery, or retail is beneficial but not essential. The most important thing is a willingness to learn and an interest in agricultural machinery and how they operate – we will provide you with detailed training. - Good customer service skills and a desire to help customers face-to-face and over the phone. You are proactive, take initiative, and want to find solutions to problems. - Basic IT skills – you are ready to learn to use our inventory management software. - Proficiency in English or Swedish is a plus but not mandatory.
