Responsibilities
- Assist customers with everyday tasks such as shopping, outdoor activities, meals, cooking, dressing, hobbies, and housekeeping
- Support customers to participate in daily life at home and outside
- Work flexible hours across weekdays and weekends; match with clients and needs
- Meet potential new clients before starting a contract and adjust placements if needed
- Complete an online job application form; no CV required
Requirements
- No formal education required; the right attitude and reliability are most important
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends
- Ability to assist clients with everyday tasks both at home and in the community
- Provide support with shopping, outings, meals, cooking, dressing, hobbies, and housekeeping
- On-the-job training provided through Aarre Akatemia; prior experience or education in care can be helpful
- Criminal record check required (within 6 months) before starting work
