Early Childhood Education Teacher - Montessorikoulu lapsille ry - Espoo, Finland

We are looking for an early childhood education teacher for a private Montessori preschool in Laajalahti, Espoo, starting from August 1, 2026. The position is full-time with working hours varying from 7:30 to 17:00. Employment terms and salary are in accordance with Sivista's collective agreement. Our small, private, service-based daycare has 21 children (aged 3-6) and four adults: three responsible for education and a manager. You will work as an early childhood education teacher alongside a Montessori instructor and a nursery nurse. We hope you have a positive, warm attitude, initiative, and a team-oriented work approach. Knowledge of Montessori pedagogy is considered an advantage. The employment relationship includes a four-month probationary period, and the selected candidate must present a criminal record extract at the start of employment.
