A versatile position combining electrical work and building maintenance in Kuusamo. The role is permanent, with the possibility of being called to work as needed. Tasks include electrical work and property maintenance, roughly 60% of the time on property maintenance (minor repairs, technical upkeep of the building, and outdoor area care) and 40% on electrical tasks. You will be responsible for the maintenance of customers’ properties and electrical systems, working with your team. The employment starts as soon as a suitable person is found. Weekly hours range from 0 to 37.5. Shifts during summer are weekdays 8:00–16:00 and in winter 7:00–15:00. On-call shifts may be included, to be agreed separately. We offer a thorough orientation and a great team. Salary is negotiable based on experience and skills. Requirements include a basic or vocational qualification in building maintenance and/or prior experience in property maintenance, at least 2 years of electrical work experience, good Finnish language skills (spoken and written), and a B driver’s license.
