Part-time Sales Assistant

This is a part-time sales role at the Rimowa concept store in Helsinki. The successful candidate will engage in proactive selling and customer service, with additional responsibilities including light maintenance of travel luggage. The position offers an average of 2 shifts per week, with hours aligned to store opening times: weekdays 11:00–19:00 and Saturdays 11:00–17:00. Pay follows the retail TES. Requirements include excellent Finnish, at least good English, strong customer service, problem solving and quick decision-making abilities, reliability in daily store operations, strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, and a genuine desire to develop in the role.
