Job Description
We are seeking an experienced candidate to drive our data engineering initiatives and lead a team of 5-6 engineers. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise and leadership capabilities. Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 data engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration. Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Apache Airflow (experience with Airflow 3 is preferred). Understanding of Snowflake architecture. Integrate and maintain real-time streaming applications using Apache Kafka / Spark Streaming. Build and integrate APIs across multiple systems and platforms. Drive technical decision-making and establish best practices. Ensure code quality through reviews and implementation. The pay range for this role is $80k - $90k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
