Job responsibilities include daily site management and scheduling, supervision of workers and quality control, communication with main contractor and subcontractors, compliance with safety regulations and oversight, reporting and documentation. Requirements include experience in construction and supervisory roles, ability to make independent decisions under pressure, good interpersonal skills, and a degree in construction or equivalent practical experience.
