We are looking for a refrigeration maintenance manager for a permanent position at our Vantaa location. Your daily tasks will include: Leading a team of refrigeration technicians and being responsible for their daily operations and operational performance. Planning, prioritizing, and scheduling maintenance work to ensure high-quality customer service, customer satisfaction, and business profitability. Handling quotation calculations for fault repairs, developing customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and promoting additional sales by offering value-added solutions. Managing procurement, smooth invoicing, and service production efficiency in accordance with Caverion’s operational models. Ensuring that operations meet quality, safety, environmental, and occupational health requirements. Training and developing your team, maintaining skills and qualifications, and participating in resource planning and recruitment. Relevant technical education (e.g., refrigeration master’s degree, lower university degree, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of refrigeration or other HVAC systems. Customer-oriented working style and good interpersonal skills. Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles – able to motivate others and get your team to work towards a common goal.
