Join Cadence Design Systems as a Junior Software Engineer in Test within our Quantus Insight R&D team (Digital & Signoff Group). Quantus Insight is our next-generation parasitic extraction platform. Built from scratch less than four years ago, this modern codebase offers a rare Electronic Design Automation (EDA) environment with minimal legacy burden and significant room for fresh development. This role blends direct R&D feature development using the Qt framework with robust automated test engineering. Working closely with senior engineering leaders, you will maintain codebase stability by building automated test suites while also directly contributing to software enhancements and GUI modifications.
