We are seeking a fixed-term, Finnish-speaking early childhood education teacher to join Inkoon municipality’s team to work on improving the wellbeing of the community. The role is to plan, implement and evaluate high-quality pedagogical early childhood education in collaboration with the team. You will promote children’s participation by listening to their thoughts and act according to the principles of positive pedagogy and strength-based thinking. Requirements include a degree in early childhood education, professional experience in early childhood education, and the ability to guide your team with a listening and dialogic approach. You should be flexible, have good interaction skills, openness and courage to develop team operations, a positive attitude and a solution-focused mindset, and the ability to engage with children and the world of play. We offer a varied position in a nice team and working community, a development-minded and cheerful work atmosphere, and access to municipal occupational health services. The wage follows the level-based pay system and is classified in level A1 (3041.12 EUR) plus any entitlement allowance.
