We are building a trustable and innovative welfare area in Vantaa and Kerava, guided by justice, responsibility, and courage. We are seeking a social worker for child protection outpatient services at Myyrmäki office starting from September 1, 2026, or as agreed. The office is located near the train station with good transport links and some free parking nearby. The role involves planning, relationship-based, systemic work for the child's benefit, collaborating with children, families, and networks. The work is diverse, challenging, but rewarding, with a focus on customer-oriented and development-minded approach. We value good communication skills, independence, and solution-focused work. Finnish language skills are essential. We offer a supportive environment with team supervision, regular meetings, and peer support. The team operates across seven regional units, with three teams at Myyrmäki, including social workers, a specialist social counselor, a team leader, a family therapist, and a secretary.
