Contract Recruiter, Life Sciences (Commercial & Corp hiring) - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

Korn Ferry is searching for a Contract Commercial and Corporate Functions Recruiter with strong pharmaceutical or life sciences company recruitment experience. As a member of Korn Ferry, the Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients. This role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities. The Senior Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. Key Responsibilities include creating and executing multi-channel sourcing strategies, client relationship management, conducting role briefings, following recruitment processes, competency interviewing, and candidate relationship management. Required skills include 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences companies, client-facing experience, competency interviewing, ATS experience, sourcing methodologies, and a high school diploma or higher degree.
